I look to National Real Estate Investor magazine for concise information on the state of major real estate industry segments. It caught my eye today when I saw this NREI article on the U.S. hospitality industry . This article puts forth the most optimistic assessment on the near-term future of the segment that I’ve seen recently.
We at Springwood continue to be bullish on our sector, as well. We expect recent growth rates to begin to begin decline in upcoming years, but our growth has been so robust for so long that a slightly reduced growth rate still paints a bold picture for the industry for quite a while.
