Extended-Stay Hotels Set New Records

The Highland Group has just issued the second quarter 2014 report on the US extended-stay lodging industry. Extended-stay hotel highlights from the report are:
 Second quarter and mid-year average occupancy at highest level in 12 years
 Second quarter and mid-year demand growth rate the fastest for three years
 Mid-year room revenue growth rate the fastest for at least six years
 Second quarter RevPar growth rate the fastest for eight years
 Rooms “under construction” up 42.3% over the past year

    t going well in that area it causes them to ignore everything else to
    try to fix whatever they feel is wrong. That means you need
    to buck up and not get lost in sadness and depression.
